Our Consultancy offering comprises of two main teams, System Design and Delivery. Your requirements will dictate which of our teams you will deal with, but in most cases there will be some interaction with both teams.

System Design

With ever changing technology and a continuous business need to be at the forefront, it is often the case that businesses find themselves struggling to stay afloat with regard to their infrastructure improvements.

With this in mind, MSN Ltd formed it's System Design team to act as an independent consultancy on behalf of our clients. With the ability to understand our clients core business, analyse existing infrastructure and recommend future enhancements, we have the ability to make well founded specifications to assist in system integration, enhancement and replacement projects. These specifications can then be issued to a third party of the clients choosing or handed to our Delivery team to execute any necessary work.

System Delivery

Our System Delivery team has the capability to implement system change to client infrastructure, be it initiated by the client themselves through their own design and planning processes or from our own System Design team. The Delivery team will ensure that any alteration, amendment or upgrade to existing infrastructure is carried out to specification, on time and to budget.

Critical Path Analysis

Not all companies have the in-house expertise to initiate or manage a full scale project. It was with this in mind that MSN Ltd formed a Project Management team.

Utilizing many years of experience we will ensure that your project is run professionally, on time and to budget.

If it is deemed necessary we can supply a dedicated Project Manager to work on site for the duration of the project. This dedicated Project Manager will act as liaison for you with all external agencies.

Using industry standard project management tools we can keep you informed as to progress of the project and highlight issues and risks to allow for swift resolution.

Project Management is essential to the success of any undertaken Installation and Millennium Structured Networks; Managers are available from the design stage through to the final handover to the client.

Our Managers / Co-ordinators are fully trained within the communication Industry, and work to very high standards.

All projects Undertaken by Millennium Structured Networks will receive the full cooperation of the Managers and regular site meetings are held with the Client to inform of the progress of the Project if required.
